  • The rebates on the 2013 where the only reason I bought new. I came to the dealership with full intentions to by used but the prices on used vehicles were really to high. As part of the deal I asked to have the white letters turned in on the tires, that didn't happen so now I'm working with Max at your tire shop to have them flipped for $59.00 at a later date. The truck also has a minor dent above the right rear tire that needs to be fixed during my first service.   • The LOF and tire rotation along with regular vehicle maintenance was fine as usual, and all the counter staff are friendly and helpful, but I was incredibly disappointed that I had been asked if I wanted to have one of my bulbs replaced on the front lights, and wish I had been told that I would be charged $88 for labor to replace a 1.88 bulb. Had I know the expense, I would have done it myself. I know it didn't even take 1/2 an hour to replace yet charged full hour of service.
